It turned out that labview-zmq(LabVIEW binding) itself was slow. labview-zmq is just a wrapper around ZeroMQ DLL. It might be an old version of DLL that doesn't work well with jeromq 0.3.0-SNAPSHOT or labview-zmq itself that works slowly irrespective of DLL.
