A: Yes, the SLE applies to 3.2.x. This is clear from the source code for 3.2.x which contains the same SLE text in COPYING.LESSER. In other word, the SLE of v3.2.x can relieves you of any obligations under sections 4 and 5 of this license, and section 6 of the GNU General Public License. And, it’s a common question we think.
