He was addressing a workshop for the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe promoters in the district organised by the State Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe Commission at Trident Arcade here on Monday. This project would be implemented in association with the IT department. A survey was being conducted for that purpose, he added. The Commission had noticed that some of the Non Governmental Organisations (NGOs) which were functioning in the tribal areas were misusing the tribal funds.
