Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) is a new business structure combining the benefit of limited liability along with the tax status of partnership firms. LLP will be a new entity option and will give the owners the flexibility of operating as a partnership whilst providing them limited liability. It combines the benefits of a partnership with that of a private limited company whilst retaining adequate safeguards to protect creditors' interests.
