NDTV Plans To Launch 4 Channels In September (RTTNews) - Friday, the media reported that NDTV Network Plc. a division of New Delhi Television plans to launch four channels in September. According to a senior executive of the media company, 2 channels would be in India and 2 channels overseas. The channels include one in Middle East and another through its joint venture with Astro All Asia. It also includes its first city channel for New Delhi, NDTV Chief Executive, K.V.L.Narayana Rao said. The fourth channel is a lifestyle channel named NDTV Good Times targeting 20-30 year old English speaking population and has a branding tie-up with UB group's Kingfisher that is expected to invest Rs. 1 billion in the channel.
