And, we thought we might tell you what we think of prose being read out. Here's the list: 1. Amit Chaudhuri, the Commonwealth Prize winning author and poet, is planning to jazz up his Book Readings, a very 'Dickens' thing to do. Should prose be read out? Do writers just read to get laid? Read about it in 'Our Take', titled 'Performing Prose'. 2. Bob Motteram has captured 'York in the snow'. 3. Rajshekar Patil has sent in three photographs for you. 4. Battle lines are drawn is Samartha Vashishtha's poem 'Battlefield'. 5. Shana Bulham Haydock describes 'Captivity' 6. noki reads again, a book which was once yours in a poem titled 'Memory of you' 7. Nikhil Pahwa's emotions find 'Release' in a puff of sweet smoke. We wouldn't mind suggestions and comments on the new design, and of course- this issue. That's what our forum is for. Use it.
