Tomorrow, in this lake
No frog will leap
And splash
Or insects skim
Patterns on the
Water's skin
No lilies or lotuses
Will mesmerize
Dragonflies
Nor November
Bring the cranes
To wade in
Tomorrow, this lake
Will be land. Developed
