Dear Aditi, This seems more sophisticatedly arty than the scamsters at poetry.com or American Poetry Society etc., but I think that one should be careful of any publisher or space that asks for poets to cough up money up front-- it could be a money making venture and worse, one that does not have a reputation for exercising editorial judgement and selection...
