Summer
In summer
things acquire a special
scent and taste
water feels like
the flesh of a fruit
and tumblers are dense
like the inside of a coconut
breasts light up the room
with their radiant perfume
and the waft of every breeze
is like a lovers caress.
In summer you are either fed
or feeding on an other:
you are a bee stinging
or an open flower
love is your nature
and you are breathing fire.

thoughts and ideas, picked and chosen fron day-to-day life
experiences provide the greatest raw material for poetry and
