seems that ezcDocumentXhtmlSpecialParagraphElementFilter have only a copy of
ezcDocumentXhtmlTableElementFilter.
In any case ezcDocumentXhtmlSpecialParagraphElementFilter docblock dont match
the task it solves (and iam not sure, what task it should solve)
