You can take a look at my patch, where I was prototyping RAID5/RAID6
support to compare performance with RAIDZ1/RAIDZ2. This is far from
beeing finished, but creating pools with raid5/raid6 vdevs should work.
The patch is also against some old version of ZFS, but might be a good
starting point for you:
