When an unencrypted dataset is created underneath an encrypted one. The
unencrypted dataset shows a checksum of "sha256+mac". It would appear it is
not by inheritance as the property values says it's local:
tank/enc/clear checksum sha256+mac local
since there is only once place sha256+mac is set in userland, i'm unsure if
it's via the kernel or some odd inheritance that shows up as "local"...
