Unfortunately, that's going to be quite difficult because we don't release the source code for Solaris 10 updates (a position I personally find a bit dubious). The ZFS team may be able to give you some guidance about what build of ON most closely corresponds to what's in Solaris 10 U4, and you could try to work from there.
