If the question is "can Oracle files (datafiles, log files, etc) exist on a ZFS", the answer is absolutely yes. More simply put, can you configure you Oracle database on ZFS - absolutely.
The question, as stated, is confusing, because the term "compatible" can have pretty broad meaning. So, I answered the question I think you wanted to ask.
