Yes. It provides very poor performance for large-file random-access read/write of 128 bytes at a time. Is that enough info? ZFS is great but it is not perfect in every regard. It is easy to build a list of problems to be solved but they can't be listed as disadvantages since they are not solved elsewhere either (or simply don't apply).
