I'd say a lot of folks out there have plenty of enterprise-class 32-bit hardware still in production in their datacenters. I know I do. Several IBM BladeCenters with 32-bit blades and attached storage... It would be "nice" to be able to do ZFS on these platforms (>1TB that is), but I understand if it's not a priority. But there's certainly a lot of life left in 32-bit hardware, and not all of it is cheap to replace.
