This configuration doesn't make a lot of sense for redundancy, since it doesn't provide any. It will have poor performance caused by excessive disk seeks as well. The only time it would make sense is if you're planning on replacing each slice with a separate drives. > Mirror has better performance for write operations, Raidz shoud be faster for > read.
