Do make sure you're getting one that has the proper firmware.
Those with BIOS don't work in SPARC boxes, and those with OpenBoot don't work in x64 stuff.
A quick "Sun FC HBA" search on ebay turns up a whole list of stuff that's "official" Sun HBAs, which will give you an idea of the (max) pricing you'll be paying.
There's currently a *huge* price difference between the 4Gb and 2Gb adapters. Also, keep in mind that PCI-X adapters are far more common at the 1/2Gb range, while PCI-E starts to be the most common choice at 4Gb+
