Business Analyst with Time and Attendance experience for a client of mine in Framingham MA. This is a 6 month contract. Person should have 5 years of BA experience and *Time and Attendance (preferably Kronos Time and Attendance) experience.*
*Requirements:* 5 + years of solid experience as a Business Analyst Experience with Kronos Workforce Management application or similar Time and Attendance Systems. *Prior Time and Attendance experience is a must. * Experience with HR/Finance Business Applications High level analytical and problem solving skills are required Superior written and verbal communication skills along with excellent interpersonal skills a must. Demonstrated ability in the development of business requirements and User Test Plans. Experience with standards for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and Systems Life Cycle Methodology.
