I know there are a ton of these folks but I am looking for SENIOR level people. People with less than 5 yrs. IT experience in the US are not applicable. These are all in MD. *Net Application Developer*: 9+ years of Software development with at least 3 years of experience in programming financial solutions using Microsoft .Net Technology. Proven programming command in C#, .NET, ASP.NET <http://asp.net/>, ADO.NET<http://ado.net/>, XML, XSLT, SQL, HTML, HTTP 1.1, IIS, Active Directory, Windows Server 2000 or 2003, Visual Studio.Net <http://studio.net/> 2003. Strong background in developing front end Web based as well as windows based user interface application. Strong command in web services, XML programming, middle tier .net assembly modules development and enterprise solutions using Microsoft .Net framework. Must have strong financial services industry knowledge. Strong experience in Application development using Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL Database systems.. Previous experience with SOAP, web services and Service Oriented Architecture. Individual must be proactive, self-motivated with ability to prioritize multiple project tasks.
