*TaxStream Technical Support Representative*
*The main responsibilities will of this role include: *
* Optimizing, possibly through automation, the deployment of TaxStream
hosted applications in production and demonstration environments. Products
include, but are not limited to:
- TaxStream Enterprise - Citrix Version
- TaxStream Professional
- iTaxStream
* Analyzing of technical customer support tickets of TaxStream clients
* Analyzing the specifications of TaxStream's hosted environment and
developing suggestions for optimizing this environment
*The following characteristics are preferred, but not required, for
candidates applying for this position: *
* Bachelors and or Associates Degree in a computer technology related
field, Masters Degree preferred
* Four to five years of related work experience as a client facing call
center/help desk representative, database administrator or equivalent
consulting experience.
* Experience with Windows Server 2003 with Active Directory, Group Policy,
and Terminal Services
* Experience with Citrix Presentation Server and Citrix Secure Gateway
* Experience with shared databases, specifically Oracle 9i and 10g and SQL
Server 2000 and 2005
* Experience with web and application servers - specifically Apache Tomcat
* Demonstrated ability to research and resolve problems using a variety of
resources and tools
* Proficiency in troubleshooting installation errors
* Possess exceptional time management and interpersonal skills
