Must be strongly experienced with full SDLC, specifically with Java, J2EE, MQ Series, Data Modeling, and Oracle. At high level, below are key points for candidates:. Strong J2EE, EJB, Spring, JSP, Struts development and implementation experience. Weblogic a plus. Strong experience with Oracle, PLSQL and data modeling. Strong design patterns principles. Experience with Portal technologies (Weblogic Portal a plus) Ability to lead a small team through the full development life cycle (requirements, design, build, and testing). Offshore experience a plus. Strong written and verbal communication. Knowledge of payment products, a plus.
