Client is looking for a Lead QA Analyst to lead the testing effort for the ITSM project. Responsibilities include writing test plans and test scenarios, test execution and coordination of the testing effort. The system is HP ServiceCenter, a help desk, security request and infrastructure change management system. Experience in compliance projects is highly desirable. Teamwork, ability to work independently, leadership, mentoring and good communication skills are critical in working in a diverse team atmosphere. Automated or manual testing – our project is focused on manual testing but load testing is automated. We are using LoadRunner as the tool. Specific tool or technology needed – other than load testing, we are doing all our testing manually.
