I have a new BA contract - great comm skills are required.
15 month contract in Burlington, VT.
The BA is part of the development project leadership team, driving the
clinical, system and design requirements for the product. The BA works with
Marketing and customers to capture the user needs into product requirements.
The BA works with the project stakeholders to appropriately prioritize
requirements with consideration of design complexity, performance,
serviceability and clinical workflow. The BA champions the requirements
management process, supporting an iterative and agile development
environment.
The BA works with the program team to define and meet quality goals. The BA
develops testing strategies and drives test execution. The BA leads the
review of technical and clinical risks and drives for mitigation.
Qualifications/Requirements: (Basic Qualifications):
2-4 years of Software Development Experience
2-4 years as a Business Analyst in a high work flow environment with
development/elaboration of requirements
Experience with requirements management, use case modeling and software
development processes
Experience working with Health Care providers and/or software end-users
Willingness to travel 20% of the time
Strong Analytical and organizational skills
Desired: (Desired Characteristics)
2-4 years work experience in the Healthcare industry (Clinical)
Demonstrated influencing, decision-making and conflict resolution skills
Work experience with Radiology Information Systems, PACS or other
Healthcare Information Systems.
Clinical domain knowledge to include Radiology, Cardiology, Oncology,
Orthopedics and related workflows
Experience in software development from new product initiative to end of
life.
Experience with working in cross functional and global environments
ability to work efficiently across cultures and time zones.
