This project will update the Target Architecture Service Assurance systems to accommodate the new equipment and processes. The key systems impacted will be *GFP, RUBY, AOTS, CTP, CBUS, and PMOSS*. Lead Technical team in development of Software Business Requirements Documents for integration efforts. Work with Project Managers to collect and verify cost estimates. *Knowledge of Core Network and key Service Assurance Systems (GFP, RUBY, AOTS, CBUS, CTP, PMOSS) is necessary. Knowledge of Network Operations Process is necessary also. Familiarity with either Layer 3 (IP Backbone), Layer 2 (Frame/ATM), or Layer 1 (Transport, Switch & Power) is desired. * Strong technical writing and interpersonal skill are required.
