Majority of hours will be 8-5 Responsible for data analysis, tracking & management for a global project designed to create a complete and accurate baseline of product data. The project is to be implemented in over 50 country offices and will require partnership with regional liaisons, global business process and technical support teams. Incumbent will be required to create product profiles per country as a starting point to collect data and then to analyze, review and verify the data returned against various other sources of information and quality standards. Flexibility and understanding of situational and cultural challenges is necessary. Involvement in the management of issues, user support and tracking/reporting metrics and progress throughout the project lifecycle will also be required. Incumbent must have 5 + years experience in business & data analysis with additional experience in work process coordination and tracking. Experience with / knowledge of pharmaceuticals and regulatory submission data and systems REQUIRED. Experience with hands-on global project management and large-scale data cleanup. Strong communications and negotiation skills. Handle multiple priorities and respond well under pressure. Highly motivated and a self-starter. Good attention to detail. Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills; and ability to lead through ambiguity. Demonstrated leadership skills, time management, planning and organization capabilities. Experience in working in a highly matrixed organization. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and data bases is a must.
