Keys on the candidate I need will be healthcare experience, Use Case experience, solid BA background, and preferably within driving distance of the Columbus, OH area *The selected candidate will perform the following duties*: - Perform requirements elicitation - Create and document and use cases to effectively communication requirements - Source to target mappings - Provide data quality analysis - Document test cases - Gather and document high-level and detailed requirements - Analyze and understand legacy source systems and data - Create test plans and test case scenarios and help facilitate effective testing - Act as liaison between Master Data Management Team and the business as well as other teams with which we collaborate on delivering solutions - Mentor and guide other Business Analysts R*equired Skills and Experience:* - 4-6 years of Senior Business Analysis experience - Ability to create Use Cases to effectively communicate requirements - Ability to create test plans and test case scenarios - Strong understanding of the IT Process Model for delivering solutions - Business process re-engineering experience - Understanding of As Is and To Be business processes - Hands-on experience working with SQL queries Thanks and Regards!
