Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes. Prepares specifications for system changes and/or systems testing. The position acts as a liaison between the business partners and developers by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated solutions. The consultant will perform dual roles in managing projects involving multiple stakeholders and providing business research/analytics in developing requirements. *Responsibilities include:* - Working with user groups and acting as the conduit between business and technical teams to build application functionality or enhance existing application workflows. - Perform analysis of moderately complex-to-complex processes and formulate analysis findings into business requirements and use cases. - Ensure solution meets business requirements and needs through walk-through reviews and basic user acceptance testing. - Assist in troubleshooting and decision readiness for deployment to end users. - Prepares Functional Design Documents, specifications for systems changes. - May identify and implement process improvements. - The position is often required to handle multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and establish and communicate priorities based on business needs. - It also requires an excellent understanding of banking systems, products and operations. *Experience:* - 3 - 5 years experience as Business Analyst on Software Development Projects - Demonstrated ability to write business requirements and use cases - Creative approach to business analysis structuring, workflow processing, organization - Ability to build and influence relationships - Excellent problem solving and issue resolution skills - Must be able to work independently and with little direction and supervision (self-starter, creative thinker) - Creative management approach (must be able to take a concept, develop the strategy and define the project) - Demonstrate understanding of and comfort with technology - Detailed understanding and experience working in formal project lifecycle environment - Demonstrated ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks in a fast paced environment and Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines - Demonstrate facilitation skills and the ability to work with various teams in a dynamic - Customer service and customer focused experience - Strong written and verbal communication skills and a comfort level in communicating with individuals and groups - Must be skilled in Microsoft Office products and must be proficient in Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint. *Platform and Skill Set Expertise:** *QA Testing: QA Testing, Documentation Tools: Visio, Analysis Skills: Business Analysis Thanks & Regards, Sandy Sr Technical Recruiter Global Computer Products Inc.
