* * Overall 10+ years of experience in Web application development using
J2EE and Portals
Strong Websphere Portal Experience with exposure to designing, conducting
POC's and
Architecting solutions
Exposure to WSRP and experience in deployment of portlets in production
environment
Practical experience in performance tuning of J2EE and portal
applications
Exposure to concepts like Web 2.0, Advanced portlet concepts
Strong experience in web interface production, utilizing a good
knowledge of current best
practices and cross browser compatibility
Successful implementation using Core Java, J2EE, Servlets, JSP, JDBC,
EJBs
Strong knowledge of Struts.
Strong knowledge of J2EE design patterns.
Strong object oriented programming skills and UML is a must
Successful implementation using XML and XML Schema
Experience in creating standards-compliant web interface elements

Ability to work with minimal supervision
