MOSS Quality Assurance - Tester
Responsibilities
*Act as QA subject matter expert mentoring on testing systems implemented
using SharePoint Enterprise and MOSS 2007.
*Responsible for performing functional and usability testing.
*Test website using various web browsers and various operating systems.
*Create, maintain, and modify test artifacts including Test Plan, Test
cases, Test results and software defects.
*Perform design and requirements analysis and participates in reviews.
*Responsible for validating and verifying website implementations are in
compliance with governance policies, regulatory requirements, usability and
accessibility standards (Section 508, etc.)
*Perform Data conversion, error handling, and hyperlink validation testing.
*Perform integration testing of the website with other applications.
*Work with Project Manager and Development effectively and collaboratively
to understand and validate requirements.
*Ensure delivered system functionality meets requirements and quality
objectives.
Qualifications
*5+ years of QA experience in Web testing.
*Extensive knowledge and experience in performing structured testing
(system, regression, integration, load and performance).
*Extensive knowledge and experience testing website implemented using
SharePoint Enterprise and MOSS 2007.
*Extensive knowledge and experience with Content Management systems using
content authoring and approval workflow.
*Extensive knowledge and experience in test automation with demonstrable
experience with HP Quality Center and Quick Test Professional.
*Extensive knowledge and experience with 508 compliance tools (JAWS, AKS).
*Extensive process analysis, planning, and estimation skills.
*Working knowledge of .Net Framework 2.0 and 3.0, Software Development
Lifecycle, C#, VB.Net, Visual Studio 2005/2008, ASP.Net 2.0, Database
connectivity, Enterprise services, Web Application design and
implementation.
Position 2:-
Location(State/city):California CA/THOUSAND OAKS
Duration: 3-6 months
Req Details:
QA Analyst Lead
Basic Qualifications: - B.S or M.S/MBA with Information Systems or Computer
Science degree with Software Testing, Quality and Project Management related
concentration or courseware. -
5+ Years of experience related to Testing; Test Coordination and Project
Management Activities - Hands on experience with Automated Testing Tools
such as Quality Center - Proficient with Microsoft Office Tools (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint),
Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio - Excellent communication skills and
presenting to management, and problem solving skills
Preferred Qualifications: - Work experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical
industry - Knowledge about Complaint Management ; CRM; Product Safety and
Assessment business processes
POSITION 3-:
Job Title: Sr. QA
Contract Term: 12 Months or Greater
Location: Owings Mills, MD
Internal Comments/Notes: Any candidate submitted must have previous
healthcare experience - preferably NASCO and/or claims experience.
Description: Clarity, Mainframe Testing, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Lotus
Notes, Regression testing, Enrollment testing, Conversion testing, Test
Plans and Scenarios, Testing defect resolution and problem solving,
NASCO/NPS/MetaVance/MembersEdge, User Acceptance Testing, Unit testing,
integration testing, operational testing and verification, customer
acceptance testing, check back testing, and regression testing: IBM
mainframe and Client/Server
Develops and executes formal test plans to ensure the delivery of quality
applications. Participates in test planning, writing test cases/scripts,
test case automation and test execution. Testing may include application,
network, system and user acceptance testing. Good knowledge of information
systems elements (hardware, software, network) and their application to
business functions/processes.
