*NHK09030305 - Senior Application Developers* *Description:* *Senior Application Developer/Analyst: •?Minimum of five (5) years experience as project lead in developing server based applications. •?Minimum of five (5) years experience as programmer analyst in developing server based applications. •?Minimum of five (5) year experience with all of the following: o Architecting J2EE systems utilizing JSP, Servlets, EJBs, Struts, IBatis, and Data Transfer Objects specializing in electronic forms management. o Developing UI with HTML, JSP, and JavaScript. o J2EE patterns including MVC, View Dispatcher, Factory, Data Access Objects o XML, o RSA 7.x o Rational Unified Process (Full life cycle). o DB2/UDB. •?A minimum of one (1) year experience with IBM Content Manager o Optical Character Recognition (OCR) o Electronic Signature •?Undertakes responsibility for analyzing system requirements and work flow analysis. •?Prepares design and programming specifications and codes program modules to produce operational application programs. •?Performs desk checking. •?Prepares test documentation and test programs. •?Checks coding to determine program deficiencies and corrects them as necessary to produce an operable program according to requirements. •?Prepares system control statements and utility parameters. •?Maintains application programs/modules as necessary. •?Must have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken English language.
