Vendor level knowledge required per job description.SUMTOTAL Learning Management System: Leads design and oversees development of a complex, cross-functional, multi-platform Application system. Leads design and oversees complex, cross-functional, multi-platform business processes. Candidate must be a SumTotal product specialist with expertise in the software design, architecture and configuration of SumTotal version 7.1. The focus in on SumTotal application software configuration In addition to the SumTotal 7.1 expertise, the consultant must have significant knowledge of future versions of SumTotal (version 7.6 or higher), including Total Versioning. Must be able to lead a team of training SME's and internal SumTotal SME's in the proper design configuration for regulatory learning management/training tracking requirements for a Pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. E.G. Tracking versioned training (i.e. tracking training by SOP versions) through the training lifecycle WITHOUT using the SumTotal TotalVersioning Module. Must have excellent communication skills and be be clearly document the solution using MS office/visio. Candidate will assist in a short term assignment. Travel to the Richmond, VA site is required. Some travel to the Philadelphia area* * * *Assignment is short term. Expectation is 2-5 continuous weeks on site at Richmond followed by ad-hoc assignments as necessary throughout the following several months and possibly some discussion through end of year.
