Participate in the 24x7 rotating 'on-call' production support responsibility 2. Conduct root cause analysis on documented system problems 3. Formulate, design, and sometimes develop solutions to document system problems 4. Some low to medium level enhancement work 5. Some travel to Chicago for training purposes, but not frequent 6.
