Location: Milwaukee, WI Interview: Phone followed with f2F Start: ASAP to Dec 09 Technical Administrative Support - All Levels Complete Description: Consultant will enable efficient processing of user requests for access to SAP systems in Milwaukee and Golden, CO; Be able to monitor several SAP authorization request queues for Production access. For example: Will need to be able to take a request that simply says “I need SAP” and work with the requestor, role owners, Internal Controls, SAP Security, etc to determine what is truly needed and appropriate. Someone who is very well organized. Being able to monitor several queues and follow up with inquires, questions, etc if not responded to in a timely manner. Being able to document detailed steps that were taken throughout the process. A people-person. Able to work with several areas of the organization. Sometimes needing to calm situations in which people become anxious when their request takes longer than expected (these requests go through several approval and review steps such as role owner approval and segregation of duty review, and this takes time). Someone who can quickly learn and understand multiple technologies (Peregrine Service Center for IMAC, Miller Access Request System – MARS, Approva, Virsa, and user information reports in SAP to name a few). Must have a “security” or “internal controls” mindset & experience. Thus, “caring” about protecting our systems and seeing that appropriate and necessary access is being provisioned. Willing to question when something does not look right (not just closing out tickets in the queue). Will be responsible for various administrative tasks.
