I have following immediate need:
Location:Bay Area, CA
Must Haves:
Senior Level ( 7-10 years)
Firewall Skills (Both Cisco and Juniper firewalls )
- Cisco 6500 Catalyst Switches
- EXPERT knowledge for ACLs's ( Access control lists)
-Using ACLs via routing/switching rather than Cisco Firewall hardware
- Juniper SRX line of firewalls (If not, need extensive experience with Netscreen)
Day to Day:
Work with application owners, reviewing their setup and helping understand their data flows and determining the correct set of firewall rules that need to be applied to those applications. Migrating apps to a new, more secure networking environment.
