Communicate with business owners to understand business objectives, and develop products that meet or exceed expectations . Construct complex, dynamically driven web pages from flat design templates . Own & manage all WebDev tasks established in Agile SCRUM development sprints . Collaborate closely with back-end software developers to properly execute front-end development . Create technical documentation for Editorial and Site Production teams . QA, troubleshoot, test and support launch of new products . Oversee contract WebDev resources as needed Qualifications . 5+ years designing, building & supporting complex web application code for large consumer focused websites . Expert hand-coding front-end display code including FreeMarker, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, XHTML and DHTML . Strong working knowledge of Photoshop . Thorough knowledge of web & search engine optimization standards, compliance, browser / platform compatibility and accessibility . Clear understanding of ad serving technologies (DoubleClick, EyeBlaster, Panache) & reporting architectures (Omniture) . Familiarity with versioning management systems such as SVN . Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality work under pressure and tight deadlines . Excellent verbal and written communications skills . Computer Science BS, MS or equivalent experience Pluses . Knowledge of Eclipse Development Environment . Web UI, IA or design experience . Flash design & ActionScript knowledge .
