Target Start Date: 04/27/09 Location: IL, but some travel may be required to other facilities in New York, Boston, Philadelphia and Delaware Experience Level: Senior Duration: 13 months *(except when travel to the other offices is required, then those expenses would be paid)*** Job Responsibilities: Participate as a project functional resource to: • This position will be responsible for production implementation and support of Demand Solutions software within an existing environment.. • The individual should have deep knowledge of Demand Solution functionality and SAP integration is a plus • Role would be share responsibility for ensuring that the overall business design meets the project objectives, functional integration management, system configuration, management of the client team resources, project scope and issues resolution, unit and integration test planning. *Skill Sets Required:*** To fill this position we are looking for an experienced Integrations/Conversions resource. • Minimum of five to seven years of experience designing, building and implementing Demand Solutions business solutions in supply chain and demand planning process area using a formal/structured methodology • Experience in the strategic technical/functional design development and solution for several major Demand Solution implementations and minimum three to five successful full lifecycle implementations acting in a functional consultant role; emphasis is on the Forecasting and Replenishment Planning, Sales and Ops Planning modules in Demand Solutions product suite. DS View and Pipeline module experience is a plus, but not required. • Experience working directly with Business Subject Matter Experts and Analysts in a rapid project environment o Demonstrated experience in assessing legacy “As-Is” business processes and harmonizing with current business process model o Experience in conducting and facilitating business requirement, and functional design workshops o Advanced analytical skills to structure problem statement and identify solution hypothesis o Comfortable managing multiple concurrent assignments o Ability to identify project tasks and provide accurate estimates for completion of business solutions. o Ability to understand existing business process and offer best practice solutions o Excellent communication and written skills with the ability to convey technical information to business people o Good team skills across different functional and technical groups with the ability to ensure co-ordination of the solution and its delivery o Exceptional customer service and relationship building skills Education: 5+ years of Demand Solutions Configuration; 2 - 3 Full Project Lifecycle implementations Please send relevant resumes with contact number & rate confirmation.
