Location: NC Duration: 6 months Required Qualifications Technical Requirements : 3 Years High Level Experience Administering HP-UX Operating System environment on midrange and high end servers in a multi platform environment 3Years exp in HP-UX enterprise patching using SD-UX, 3years exp in installation and configuration HP-UX Operating System on midrange and high end servers, 3+ Years exp in building an deploying HP-UX Master Operating System using Ignite. 2-3 years+ Experience in troubleshooting HP-UX 11.X (11.00,11iv1,lliv2) Operating systems 3+years Exp HP-UX NPAR/VPAR Behavior Strong working knowledge of HP-UX and AIX OPERATING SYSTEMS AND HARDWARE Develop and execute scripts and other UNIX utilities Define and configure hardware and software components as necessary to support UNIX initiatives. Lead/participate in projects of the Systems Engineering team to deliver and support new technology implementations. Contribute to the analysis, design snf build of new/existing servers within the UNIX environment. Recommend and implement policies on system deployment use and services. Develop and implement effective server security and control structure for hosted products and environments. Implement enhance and test high availability a disaster recovery mechanisms.
