Plans, directs, and completes the analysis of business problems to be solved for any new development. Position provides technical/system level assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing Client's billing systems to meet user requirements. Position acts as a liaison between the user community and internal IT resources and is able to translate technical details to layman's terms. Minimum Required Skills / Competencies: • Academic degree (preferred in computer Science) or equivalent experience. • Vast experience with – Amdocs FBF (batch and online) • Coordinate technical designs and ensure accurate and efficient interfaces exist between application components.
