Notebooks should be in the ~/.config/zim/notebooks.list file. The format for this file changed but we should be backward compatible (and yes, there is a unit test for that). If notebooks are missing you can add them again easily. If you still have the old notebooks.list file, please send it to me so I can check the backward compatible function. For missing notes it would mean that the index is not correct. You can try "zim --index path/to/notebook -V" in a terminal to refresh the index and check for errors. If some text files are really not indexed there must be something in common to them and most likely an error should be spit to the terminal. Regards, Jaap
