Thanks for posting this. It's one of the talks I found when I was doing research
for my own article 11 - 12 years ago. I think it's quite clear that any invasion
of Iraq would not meet Pres. McKay's qualifications. But that's my opinion. Now
that the mid-term elections are about to be determined, I think we'll hear a lot
less about war with Iraq in any case.
