Stacy, My husband is diabetic also, and he buys the candies with sucralose all the time. There are some made by Russell Stover, Cadbury's Turtles, and now I'm seeing some done by Reese's (is that Hershey's?). I've seen them at Walmart, Target & Kroger, and I'm sure they are carried at other stores, as well. My husband does say that they aren't the best for diabetics, but if you're really craving the taste of chocolate, they are good to have on hand. Also, the box does warn against eating too many at a time. Because the body doesn't process the sucralose, I imagine it causes "plumbing" problems. My husband might eat one every couple of days. I've tried them and they aren't bad at all. My favorites are the coconut & chocolate concoctions by Russell Stover's.
