Well. AFAICS the 'Sample CMFDefault Content' extension always adds the
content properly. The problem is the 'Content' import handler added to
the setup tool. Import handlers have to do exactly *nothing* if there
are no related setup files in the profile. But the 'Content' import
handler seems to clear all the content if a non-content profile is
imported.
Can you please add this issue to http://www.zope.org/Collectors/CMF?
