Plone 4 discussions are happening around now, there are demos of suggested concepts and people generally working on the codebase. Plone 5 is a long way off, but we have some ideas, for example Hanno has already suggested it should target Python 3.x. 2 major releases in the Plone world is about 3/4 years.
