zope.locusts? I don't think locus is an improvement to site. Although site is not strictly correct, it's often the fact that it is a site. Locus doesn't say anything, and adds another abstraction with no obvious benefit.
A longer name is better in that case. Like componentlocation or registrationroot or something.
