I think zope.wfmc and zope.app.wfmc should be removed. I don't think they're widely used. I don't use them any more and I wrote them. :) I'm not personally maintaining them. I think zope.xmlpickle should be removed. I don't think it's widely used in Zope applications. I do find it useful from time to time for looking at pickles and plan to maintain it in the future, but don't think it should be in the ZTK.
