Off-Topic (sorry) I would like to participate again in the dicussions.
This is currently prevented by a "mailman" bug. The "mailman" process needs a restart. The long standing "mailman" bug causes digest delivery to stop. It affects the complete "mail.zope.org" (all mailing lists together) about every few months. A "mailman" restart fixes the problem temporarily. Maybe a newer "mailman" version has the bug fixed?
