Really? I did not know this too, does someone know what's new in
 Philipps 3rd Edition?

From the book site:
(Refer: http://worldcookery.com/News/3rdEditionReadyForChristmas)

The third edition is just a minor upgrade over the second edition.
There are no new chapters, and since Zope 3.4 has stabilized only
recently, the target version is still Zope 3.3. Zope 3.4, buildout,
eggs, WSGI, Grok, etc. are still in a lot of flux and will have to
wait for the next edition.

Probably the most visible change will be the paperback binding
instead of the hardcover. While many readers have reported
that they love the durability of the hardcover, a fair number
have also requested a lighter paperback version, e.g. for travelling.
This way, readers now have the choice between a hardcover
(2nd edition, as long as it's still available) or a paperback (3rd edition).

Baiju M
