That's what Brian has mentioned...that 2.4 will primarily be Python 2.x support (including unicode) and may even require Python 2. I'm running Python 2.0 with Zope 2.3b3, several custom and borrowed ZClasses, Python Products, MySQL connections and it's running very well.
