By traversing the *whole* ZODB hierarchy (expensive!):

lst = context.ZopeFind(obj_metatypes=[zsql_metatype], search_sub=1)

or possibly

lst = context.superValues(zsql_metatype)

depending on your usecase...replace 'zsql_metatype' with the corresponding metatype for ZSQL method (look at the sources).
